Veterans Hospitality
We are pleased to offer the opportunity to apply for a place within the Veterans' Hospitality Enclosure at the RAF Leuchars Air Show on Saturday 15 September 2012.
Hosting will take place in a large, heated and floored marquee. Seating is provided outside for watching the flying display. The marquee also has glazed walls to allow viewing of the aircraft in the event of inclement weather.
Veterans' Hospitality Includes:
- Priority Parking with free shuttle bus to marquee
- Hosting by RAF Personnel
- Morning Coffee and Afternoon Tea
- Lunch, with vegetarian option
- Paying bar with soft and alcoholic drinks
- Free, regular shuttle to static aircraft and other major activities
- Disabled Parking, wheelchair ramps, disabled bus and disabled toilets
- Name badge and contacts board
The day's Hospitality cost per person will be advised shortly, and is available to any Veteran, regardless of Service, aged over 60. Veterans may be accompanied by their partner, or if needs be, a carer who must be aged over 18.
