NEW FOR 2009

FOLLOWING AIRSHOW 2008 A FULL REVIEW OF TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT WAS CARRIED OUT AND EVENT MANAGEMENT GROUP HAVE BEEN APPOINTED TO CARRY OUT ALL ASPECTS OF TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT FOR AIRSHOW 2009.

WE ARE DELIGHTED TO ANNOUNCE THAT A FURTHER PARK AND RIDE SITE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR TRAFFIC ARRIVING NORTH OF LEUCHARS.  THE SITE IS LOCATED OFF THE A92 CLOSE TO THE FIVE ROADS ROUNDABOUT AND WILL ACCOMMODATE IN EXCESS OF 2000 VEHICLES.

WE WOULD ENCOURAGE ALL SPECTATORS TO UTILISE PUBLIC TRANSPORT, CAR SHARE AND FULLY UTILISE BOTH PARK AND RIDE FACILITIES EASING CONGESTION IN THE SURROUNDING AREA.

ACCESS AND EXIT
Before 2pm priority will be given to inbound traffic and early leavers may be delayed.  After 2pm access to the Station by car is not permitted.  Persons arriving by car are requested to utilise the park and ride facilities, last entry at 3pm.  For easy and safe access to and from the event please follow all directions from Fife Constabulary, Event Management Group and RAF personnel.
